Assistant Manager

Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Train and mentor team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
- Conduct employee orientation and ensure all staff members are aware of company policies and procedures
- Assist in managing inventory levels and ensuring products are properly stocked
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Interview and hire new employees based on company guidelines
- Collaborate with the Manager to develop pricing strategies and promotions to drive sales
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
