In this role, you will:
• ~10% of your Time will be focused on providing accurate forecasts and maintaining your account and activity records within the CRM (SFDC)
• ~30% of your time will be accountable for ensuring satisfaction/developing the existing distribution network within the region
• ~60 % will be focused on business development, prospecting, training and developing the key influencers within the region
Are you qualified?
The essential requirements of the job include:
• 5 years' experience in a complex fast paced business environment, preferably as a Sales manager
• Experience in Residential Water Treatment, Well Drilling, Hydrogeology, Microbiology considered an asset
• Ability to build trust with a large and diverse environment - approachable and able to form long lasting relationships with others on behalf of the business
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
• Utilize a CRM to drive Funnel Management and Sales conversion
• Science and technology based product with experience training customers
You are interested in the "science" and are fact-based individual with a sound technical acumen who strives to be viewed as a subject matter expert by your customers. You use good judgement and are accountable with honest, transparent and authentic communications with your customers and colleagues.
