Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Power Supply Division. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in sales, particularly within the retail and commercial sectors. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales and developing successful business strategies in major retail channels such as Home Depot, Feit, Lowes, Yankon, and Leedson.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Craft and execute innovative sales strategies to penetrate and expand our presence in the power supply market. Focus on key retail channels including Home Depot, Feit, Lowes, Yankon, and Leedson.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Provide training and mentorship to team members to achieve sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the retail sector. Act as the primary point of contact for major accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnership.
- Market Analysis and Forecasting: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities. Utilize insights to inform sales strategies and forecast future market developments.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and logistics teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company goals.
- Reporting and Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance against targets. Provide regular reports to senior management detailing sales progress and any challenges.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a focus on retail power supply sales.
- Demonstrated success in leading sales initiatives at major retailers such as Home Depot, Feit, Lowes, Minka, Costco, Good Earth, Yankon, and Leedson, etc.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
- Travel up to 25%
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay: $150,000- $200,000 per year, negotiable
