Regional Sales Manager - Sales & Business Development
Our client is looking for an experienced, self-motivated, and results-driven Software Sales professional. The primary job function is to leverage end user sales experience to further penetrate and enhance their multi-channel relationships who utilize Video Management software and solutions, while driving revenue growth for both aspect of the channel.
We are targeting candidates that have an entrepreneurial spirit who have a history of exceeding revenue goals, strong solution selling skills towards END USER's, and the understanding of complex, three-party channel sales cycles.
You will be able to reference a customer base of Fortune 500 customers and leading national security industry partners. This position is assigned to the Northern CA / Reno territory. Qualified candidates will be located within this region in order to accommodate travel requirements.
Preferred Experience:
- 5+ years technology driven sales experience with a proven record of achievement managing and closing enterprise end-user level sales transactions
- Experience selling with and supporting a cross-channel partner go-to-market model is desired
- Working knowledge of and experience within the physical security software ecosystem
- Hands-on experience working directly with business level Senior Managers up thru C-Level Executives
Salary based on experience and track record of sales ($115K - $125K projected range). Uncapped commission/upside
