Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - EPS Sales
Location: Remote - New England/Mid-Atlantic States
Department: Decking Sales Team
FLSA Status: Exempt
Reports to: Director of EPS Sales
Summary/Objective
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with distributors and dealers, generating awareness of, demand for, and sales of Lumberock products among builders, architects, remodelers, contractors/installers. This is an individual contributor role that reports to the Director of Sales. Must be knowledgeable of building products in general, application, value proposition, and channel strategy for composite decking.
Essential Functions
· Develop and maintain relationships with distributor management and distributor sales representatives.
· Schedule and conduct field sales calls with dealer and distribution representatives.
· Develop and manage a target/conversion list of dealers, architects, builders, remodelers, and contractors/installers.
· Provide in-field training to builders, remodelers, installers, and other end users.
· Schedule and conduct end-user events at the dealer yard
· Actively participate in the resolution of customer concerns/complaints. Assisted in the warranty claims process in the field by sending data and information to the warranty team/customer service department.
· Generate, track, and coordinate opportunities (leads) with the appropriate local dealers and their sales representatives; Assist in creating and maintaining product displays in the field.
· Act as a representative at trade shows nationally and regionally.
· Prepare sales reports; Maintain and update Outlook calendar reflecting all appointments and schedules. Create and maintain customer records using our automated systems (i.e., CRM)
· Generates and develops new business through customer interaction to meet specified sales goals.
· Maintains and nurtures existing client relationships.
· Prepares and presents technical sales presentations and proposals to large engineering, contractions, and residential contracting firms.
- Plans and manages sales territory with regular reporting to the Sales Director.
- Understands and communicates information regarding company products, services, policies, and procedures to new and existing customers.

Physical Demands
This position is not physically demanding; it requires sitting for prolonged periods, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to operate a computer and telephone.
Travel
50% travel is required for this position.
Qualifications Required:
· four-year degree
· five years of outside sales experience (prefer experience working with contractors, engineers, and architects) with a history of growing sales, exceeding goals, and penetrating markets.
· Excellent MS Office skills required to include Excel and PowerPoint.
· Must have experience leading technical product presentations.
· Experience with Salesforce preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
