The Position
Allied Interior Solution is searching for a Sales Leader with an eye on future growth and the experience to grow revenue and maintain the existing customer base at the highest level of satisfaction. In this position the successful candidate will direct and oversee the company’s sales policies and objectives, will set short and long terms goals, and execute a cohesive strategy to increase revenue. In addition, the Sales Manager will employ creative measures and set plans to build and nurture relationships with current and future clients.
Position Responsibilities-
- Establish sales objectives and forecasts to achieve budget goals.
- Sell to existing and potential direct accounts as well as provide sales support and development to assigned sales team, participate in closing orders, and facilitate the selling process.
- Implement local sales programs by developing field sales and action plans. Implement field sales strategies and programs to grow customer base.
- Drive market competitiveness and sales growth by optimizing price points to the marketplace while achieving target margins. Increase sales volume and optimize selling price by staying current with supply and demand, market trends, economic indicators, and competitive landscape.
- Maintain industry knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies
- Manage, develop, coach, and motivate the sales force to develop their skill, ensure high professional standards, and exceed monthly sales target.
- Ensure sales goals are delivered through people management, performance reviews, and individual recognition.
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.
- Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals.
- Effectively utilize software systems to manage customer accounts, document actions, and hurdle dates.

- 4-year college degree with preference to field of business or marketing
- 4+ years successful sales management experience
- Knowledge of construction and or countertops industries a plus.
