Position Overview:
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our sales team. You will be responsible for hiring, training, and mentoring a team of talented sales representatives located across the country. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to the growth of a dynamic company in the energy sector.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Identify and hire skilled sales representatives to join the team, ensuring a strong and effective sales force.
- Training: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new hires and ongoing training for existing team members to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
- Mentoring: Provide continuous support and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Performance Management: Set and monitor sales targets, track individual and team performance, and implement strategies to achieve and exceed goals.
- Back Office Tools: Utilize provided back office tools to streamline processes and ensure efficient sales operations.
- Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with team members, upper management, and other relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a successful Sales Manager, preferably in the energy industry.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to build and lead a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
- Proficient in using back office tools and technology for sales management.
