Regional Sales Manager

We are currently seeking to hire a Regional Sales Manager.

The way our program runs we have lead setters that set leads for our in home closers. In our program a Regional Sales Manager oversees the hiring, training, and managing processes for the recruiters, lead setters and closers. A good fit for the position would be someone that really enjoys working one on one with different types of sales talent in order to help them be successful.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee hiring processes
• Oversee training processes
• Oversee the management processes
• Personally lead reps in order to help them be successful

Compensation:

• Position does have a starting salary based on experience
• Plus Commission
• Average Earning RSM Makes $137,000
• Highest Earning RSM Makes $400,000+
• Opportunities for growth and advancement (Opportunity to become a General Manager, or a Regional Manager)
