$52,000 salary per year + Job commissions +Overide bonuses, Monthly performance bonuses + monthly incentives
Compensation:$52,000 salary + commission & bonuses
Responsibilities:- Create a team culture that consistently drives high-quality business
- Analyze sales report data and make decisions based on trends and productivity metrics
- Conduct regular team meetings, phone calls, and one on ones personal monthly goals, while closing weekly deals from setters
- Prepare and coach qualified candidates to take on leadership roles
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals as determined by leadership
- Prior managerial background with experience coaching and leading a team
- 2-3 years of SOLAR in-home sales experience at a minimum with a strong personal performance record
- Flexible schedule- able to work Mon-Sat
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of relationship-building
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
- Proficient in maintaining personal performance as well as training and developing a team
- Skilled in adapting to requirements of numerous, constantly changing demands
- Passion for renewable energy and environmental sustainability
- Familiarity with CRMs, Google Suites, and Excel/Sheets
