- Effectively operate and manage apartment communities in different stages of performance.
- Provide direction, training, and oversight to community-level team members. Be a resource and help determine solutions.
- Create and Work within budgets on spending projects and improvement plans as well as routine maintenance.
- Problem-solving and demonstrating a positive attitude.
- Regular reporting.
- HR duties such as corrective action plans, hiring, and terminations. Help create and provide input for team member retention.
- Working within legal and regulatory guidelines.
- Other duties as required and assigned.
- Motivate and Delegate to achieve the goals.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS include, but are not limited to:
- Previous experience in a supervisor position, Minimum 4 years.
- A Multi-Family Property Management background is required. (Apartments).
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with vendors, employees, supervisors, ownership, and any other potential points of contact.
- Must assimilate direction well.
- Must have strong and effective multi-tasking skills.
- Must have strong ethics.
- Individuals must be a self-starter and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision, completing tasks in a timely manner.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills required.
- Must have reliable registered transportation, a valid driver's license in good standing, and should be willing to travel overnight as needed.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
