Regional Property Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Property Manager to join our team. The Regional Property Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of multiple multifamily properties and assets, collaborating closely with on-site management personnel. The primary objective is to optimize the operational and financial performance of our assets, ensuring the successful execution of the overall business plan for each property within the portfolio.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive oversight of the operating and physical performance of assigned multifamily properties, spanning various asset classes within the portfolio.
- Monitor weekly property operations, including occupancy, leasing, renewal, and delinquency reports for assigned assets.
- Conduct regular on-site inspections and quarterly property evaluations to ensure compliance with standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular reviews of property and portfolio performance, generating weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual progress reports.
- Evaluate pro-forma P & L statements and budgets for capital expenditures, recommending necessary changes.
- Review and refine marketing plans and annual operating budgets as needed.
- Facilitate weekly meetings with on-site Property Management and Leasing staff for all assigned assets.
- Participate in the interviewing, hiring, and onboarding process for various management positions within the portfolio.
- Organize randomized "secret shops" for Property and Leasing personnel and conduct monthly market surveys to stay informed about competitors in the assigned region.
- Review monthly variance budget reports and collaborate with the Asset Manager to streamline overall operations for assigned assets.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Property Management.
- Willingness to travel regularly to properties.
- Proficiency in Yardi software.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to effectively engage with contractors, client representatives, and team members.
- High degree of accountability and responsibility to ownership.
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
- Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License.
- US work authorization.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
