WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are currently looking for a strategic full-time, salaried Regional Portfolio Manager to support the general South Central Valley - primarily in the Bakersfield, CA area and will be assigned to the Fresno Regional Office. An option to work remotely is available. Strong experience and background in Affordable, Tax Credit, HUD, New Construction, Rural Development, and Lease-Up experience are required. An active CA Real Estate License or the ability to obtain within 150 days of hire.

This position is Full-Time | Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm | Salary | Full Benefits and Bonus Program eligible.

Pay Range: $78,000 - $85,000 / Yr

To be successful in this role you must meet the following requirements:

• Affordable, New Construction, Rural Development, HUD, and Lease-Up Experience experience.
• 5+ years as a regional manager in residential property management with supervisory/ management experience.
• An active CA Real Estate License or the ability to obtain in 120 days upon hire.
• CPM designation is a plus but not required.
• 3rd Party / Fee Management experience essential.
• Real Page or Yardi Budget Template experience a plus.
• Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point and Teams or Zoom, experience required.
• Bring your excitement and passion for operations.
• Engagement and mentoring of property teams will be a daily opportunity.
• This is a fast-paced environment.
• A high level of reporting to owners and executive teams on budgets, financial variances, forecasting, market analysis, and weekly pricing.
• Acquisition and Disposition experience.
• Collaborating with departments to meet property goals.
• Hire, train, set goals and monitor staff performance.
• A high level of comfort with speaking in groups, public forums or extemporaneously.
• Critical writing requirements include correct grammar, structure, punctuation and word usage.
• Weekly visits to the portfolio; on-site 75% of the time.
• Must meet reporting deadlines.
