Seeking an experienced Business Development Manager strategic in thought processes, resilient, engaging with people, and a natural self-starter. Must have a passion for new client and business hunting, building deep and lasting relationships, solving complex business problems in third party logistics and pharmaceutical distribution.
Capture critical sales activity in RHL CRM.
Qualify and lead RFI/RFP responses for prospective business in your region.
Demonstrated track record of identifying and closing new business using consultative and collaborative multi-discipline team approach.
Experience building and managing account plans and CRM sales activity on an ongoing basis
Experience with effectively communicating transformational ideas and building a vision for large enterprise clients, leading to long-term client value.
Experience with proactive selling, RFP and RFI response orchestration.
Exceptional leadership/management skills and superb oral and written communication, with seasoned presentation skills.
Strong negotiation skills.
Bachelor's degree or higher.
10k per month plus commission
six month performance contract that renews or we part ways based upon performance Pharma Supply with a degree of demands.
