Job Description
The TireHub Regional Operations Leader leads all TLCs in an assigned region in the execution of TireHub’s operations strategy. This position will communicate TireHub objectives, missions, and direction specific to their TLCs with a focus on safety and customer service.

Role Specifics:
· This position will be responsible overseeing all TLC operations,
· This position manages TLC metrics and associated budgets,
· This position continuously collaborates w/ Regional Sales Leaders (related to customer service efforts/needs),
· This position manages fixed and variable costs across the region,
· This position manages Region P&L in partnership with Regional Sales Leader,
· This position manages regional team of TLC Managers,
· This position is responsible for all indirect duties/responsibilities of all roles within TLC locations,
· This position measures and reports KPI’s to leadership teams, and
· This position will perform additional responsibilities as requested

Experience:
- 2-4 years of increasing responsibility in supply chain, operations or sales roles
- Demonstrated success leading a team and/or leading by influence
- Bachelor’s Degree required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Ability to effectively manage and motivate others across a variety of roles
· End-to-end supply chain knowledge and general business and financial acumen
· Customer relationship management approaches and strategy
· Regulatory knowledge (DOT, EEOC, etc.)
This position is based out of TireHub's Midwest Region including the following states: Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Northern Kentucky (Louisville), Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, and western Pennsylvania (Pittsburgh).
This role is home based with up to 70% travel, including frequent overnights.
The salary range is $125,000 to $150,000.
