Form of workYour Title: Regional Marketing Manager - NA & APAC Job Location: Westminster, CO or Remote Our Department: OneAg Are you passionate about marketing a global company that is identifying and delivering disruptive cutting-edge technologies to solve real-world problems? What You Will Do As a Regional Marketing Manager for our North America & APAC regions, you will interact with international and domestic distribution partners, sales team members, marketing and communications team members, media, vendors and other cross-functional team members based in different time zones to produce a variety of communications materials according to the regional strategy. Additionally, you will: Implement regional go-to-market (GTM) activities to launch products, build brand awareness, and support regional sales initiatives and programs.
Design and administer effective budget models for regional expenditures. Develop and execute online and offline marketing initiatives, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, live events, webinars, and display advertising to drive visitor engagement and lead generation. Manage demand generation strategy with the goal of increasing lead-to-sale conversion rate among our resellers.
Implement marketing programs, strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness by monitoring designated key performance indicators (KPIs). What Skills & Experience You Should Bring In addition to normal professional core competencies you should have: A Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, journalism or advertising Excellent communication and writing skills in English Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Marketo. SalesForce, Monday.com Experience with Data Driven Digital Advertising and metrics (Geotargeting, GeoFencing) Prior experience with project management What Skills & Experience You Could Bring 5+ years of experience in B2B Experience in high-tech manufacturing or agriculture market About Your Location Role will be based in Westminster, CO, but flexible to working remotely in other locations About Our Agriculture Division The Agriculture division builds precision farming systems, including displays and automated guidance systems for agricultural vehicles.
Farmers use our guidance systems to automatically steer their tractors with highly accurate GPS/GNSS based control. Our display systems automatically control farm implements performing operations like planting seeds, spraying fertilizer, and measuring crop yield in an optimal way based on soil conditions and agronomist prescriptions. Our displays send the farm data to our web-based farm and fleet management system Trimble Agriculture business software.
