Job Title: Multi-Family Regional Manager
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Multi-Family Regional Manager to oversee the operations and performance of our portfolio of multi-family properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial oversight, team building, investor experience, leadership, and people development. This role is instrumental in ensuring the success and growth of our multi-family communities.
Responsibilities:
1. Financial Oversight:
- Develop and manage budgets for each property within the region.
- Implement financial strategies to optimize property performance and achieve financial goals.
- Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
2. Team Building:
- Recruit, hire, and train Property Management teams for each community.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to enhance team cohesion.
- Provide leadership and support to on-site property managers, leasing agents, and maintenance staff.
3. **Investor Experience:**
- Act as the primary point of contact for investors, maintaining solid relationships and providing regular updates on property performance.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategies to enhance investor satisfaction and retention.
4. Strong Leadership:
- Lead by example, embodying our company values and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Develop and execute regional strategies in alignment with the overall company goals.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the region.
5. People Development:
- Implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of Property Management teams.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering professional growth and development.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and work with individuals to create development plans.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in a Regional Manager role.
- Proven experience in multi-family Property Management with a focus on financial management.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in investor relations and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Knowledge of local and state regulations related to Property Management.
