Job Title: Regional Manager

Consistent profit growth at each location through supporting sound business decisions, operating on brand and on time, and prioritizing continuous expansion of the customer market.
Implement process improvements and structure to avoid profit loss.
Lead, manage, and hold accountable employees to support their success
Key Responsibilities (tasks that you do to achieve the accountabilities):
Oversee all operations for a region of service centers
Guide, train and develop mid-level management teams and supervisors including but not limited to general managers and project managers.
Prepare service center performance reports and present to Director of Core Operations
Organize and implement training programs for staff within the region and ensure utilization.
Routinely visit service centers, active and inactive malls, and construction sites to ensure best practices are being met and efficiently delivered.
Hold service centers accountable for safety, health and business regulations per applicable laws.
Uphold company standards of on brand. on time - overall excellence, quality service and performance are priority.
Collaborate with the Marketing Team as needed to plan events, corporate rollouts and anything Boston Retail Solutions branded.
Ensure efficiencies are known and prioritized to maximize company profits at each service center within the region.
Understanding of annual budget, re-projections and monthly projections - able to operate under budget guidelines which includes reviewing P+L statements with supervisor to ensure best practices are being met.
Collaborates and reviews plans with General Managers and Project Managers on large or technical projects to ensure best practices are met.
Perform and train semi-skilled tasks in connection with installation, teardown and modifications of barricade and installation of graphics.
Oversees inventory initiatives on a large scale and works with the General Managers bi-annually to ensure SOPs are being followed.
Facilitates strong relationships with clients by engaging in proactive communication and exceptional customer service.
Hire, support training and motivate all new general managers and project managers with a priority of maintaining a high level of craftsmanship, communication and safety while ensuring candidates possess our company core values.
Hold's General Managers accountable for ensuring new employees receive proper company orientation and introduction to company field practices - proper onboarding practices are essential to new employee success and retention.
Conduct employee performance reviews and evaluations as directed.
Ensures all Human Resource and Payroll requests are reviewed and approved as needed.
Partners with HR/OD to ensure all necessary training programs and other structural processes are introduced and implemented within the region.

4 year degree in business, project management or building construction technology and/or 5+ years experience managing construction teams in the retail or commercial construction industry.
Must be located in Eastern region US in commutable distance to a Boston Retail Solutions service center.
Possess a valid driver's license from state of residence and a clean driving record per company standards. Ability to obtain a valid DOT medical card is a requirement.
Notable experience in reading construction blueprints and store elevation drawings.
Willing to learn and become skilled in Boston Retail Solutions current software programs.
Proficiency in GoogleWorkspace is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Able to properly manage time, stay organized and exercise problem solving skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects with urgent deadlines and flexible priorities.
Willing to take instruction, follow company standard operating procedures, and utilize good judgment and experience to complete position duties.
