We are looking for an experienced Regional Maintenance Supervisor to provide strategic directions, coordination, and project management services for improvement projects.
The ideal contender for this position will be one with a history of multi-family apartment project management experience. This position requires oversight and guidance regarding renovations and capital projects. You will be the one to ensure that all items related to the project are executed effectively and efficiently whilst adhering to budgetary and timeline requirements.
A great Regional Maintenance supervisor will have a solid understanding of all things related to apartment maintenance including plumbing and electrical systems as well as carpentry and other crafts. They will be well-versed in all maintenance processes and health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will also have aptitude in undertaking administrative tasks such as reporting, budget overviews, spreadsheets, etc.
Position Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of apartment maintenance
- Project budget preparation
- Recommends measures to improve methods of operations, performance, safety, and quality of service.
- Serve as the front-line liaison between the contracted vendors and management to ensure proper implementation of company standards and requirements.
- Determine alternatives, makes recommendations, and gather data and information in response to proposed remodels, repairs, and capital improvement.
- Facilitate the incorporation of selected changes in consultation with management and owners and communicates these changes to the contractor for implementation.
- Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase the efficiency of the shop, department, or work crew.
- Ensures regular and timely communication with management noting any maintenance problems or life/safety deficiencies.

Required Experience:
- Three years of project management and/or construction management.
- Experienced with PC-based information, financial and word processing systems, and software. i.e., MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project.
- Demonstrated track record of exemplary customer service and client satisfaction.
- Exemplary communication, organization, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Must have current certifications for pools and HVAC
- Must have multi-site/multi-family experience
- Must have a proven track record of planning, organizing, and coordinating the work activities of outside consultants and contractors with the needs of institutional protocols and customer requirements.
- Fire life safety and building code knowledge and experience.
- Position requires equal amounts of sitting, walking, standing, and lifting to 50 lbs., pushing, pulling, climbing, bending, and various equipment/tool operation daily.
- Must have and maintain own tools.
- The position requires on-call duty.
- Requires local travel

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
