Location: New York Metro Area (Brooklyn and Queens)
Position Overview: As the Regional Field Operations Manager, you will be the driving force behind operational efficiency, team engagement, and superior patient care within our dental organization. This role requires you to be based in the New York Metro Area and travel to our practices at least four days per week. You will work closely with the team to create a seamless onboarding process, enhance training programs, and monitor patient interactions to deliver unmatched hospitality.
Expectations for Potential Candidate:
- The ability to oversee the onboarding process for new team members to ensure a smooth transition and integration.
- The ability to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to equip team members with necessary skills and knowledge
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to existing employees
- The ability to monitor and manage patient interactions to ensure the delivery of superior care
- Supporting, coaching and managing the team in handling patient,team escalations, and reinforcing critical tasks that drive patient experiences and business processes while providing guidance
- The ability to collaborate with other members within management to optimize operational efficiency
- Regularly review and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
- The ability to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in patient care, team engagement, and processes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in dental operations management or a similar role.
- Exceptional leadership and coaching skills with the ability to mentor team members.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Salary: $30,000-300,000
