Job Title: Regional Director of Therapy Services

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to take on the role of Regional Director of Therapy Services, overseeing multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) Therapy departments throughout the State of California. A successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, operational management, and clinical oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services across multiple locations. This position requires a strong background in therapy services, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic vision for therapy services aligned with organizational goals.
• Evaluate market trends and industry best practices to enhance therapy services.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of Therapy departments in multiple SNFs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, implementing improvements as needed.
• Provide clinical guidance and supervision to therapy teams.
• Work collaboratively with other department heads and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to ensure the highest standards of care.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement evidence-based practices to enhance therapy outcomes.

Qualifications:

• License in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current California state licensure in therapy discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in therapy services.
• Regional Director of Rehab experience
• Strong knowledge of SNF regulations, reimbursement, and documentation requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
