Director of Rehabilitation (In House Therapy)

```Duties:```

- Develop and implement rehabilitation programs and services to meet the needs of patients

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the rehabilitation department

- Coordinate and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

- Provide leadership and guidance to rehabilitation staff

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Rehabilitation programs

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

```Qualifications:```

-Licensed PTA or OTA

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of Nethealth

- Experience in utilization management

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to effectively manage a team of healthcare professionals
