- Provide strategic leadership and direction for HR functions within the region.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Oversee recruitment and retention efforts to attract and retain top talent.
- Partner with facility administrators and managers to address employee relations issues and performance management concerns.
- Lead initiatives to promote employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
- Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on HR-related topics.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for change.
- Travel throughout Massachusetts to visit different facilities and support HR needs as required.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a regional HR role, in the long-term care industry.
- Strong knowledge of Massachusetts employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout Massachusetts.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP or equivalent HR certification is preferred, but not required.
