Job Description
Hendricks House Group is hiring a Clinical director that will supervise, manage and provide leadership for clinical program in 3 satellite residential treatment facilities and a small outpatient program.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with clinical supervisor on an individual basis for case review
- Ongoing chart reviews to ensure compliance with Federal/State requirements
- Direct and lead all treatment team meetings, client case conferences, grievance and appeals meeting
- Provide assistance in in-house training requirements
- Provide training, consultation and direction in client treatment.
- Attend all required management and supervision meetings
- Interview for the hiring of new clinical staff members and conduct/supervise training efforts of all new clinical staff.
- Conduct annual performance reviews and manage disciplinary processes with all clinical staff.
- Interpretation of policies and procedures to be able to provide supervision in all clinical matters to staff and patients.
- Maintain and provide supervision on all program, state and federal paperwork
- Assist the Executive Director, as needed, in the areas of all state and CARF inspections, staffing meetings, concerns and other areas as needed.
- Perform other functions related to the position as required

Requirements:
NJ licensed psychologist with at least 5 yrs of exp in addiction, 2 yrs supervisory capacity or
NJ LCSW with at least 5 yrs of exp in addiction, 2 yrs supervisory capacity - clinical supervisor by APCBNJ or
NJ LPC or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, with at least 5 yrs exp in addiction, 2 yrs supervisor or
NJ Licensed APN with at least 5 yrs of exp in addiction, 2 yrs supervisory or
Have a doctoral degree in human services, mental health, or social work with at least 2 yrs supervisory or
Master's degree in counseling or social work not possessing any of the qualifications set forth shall have a LCADC or another health professional license that license that includes diagnostic and supervisory authority for work of an alcohol and drug counseling nature.
