Director of Clinical Services Opportunity Description
Our client is a well-established Home Healthorganization. They have a current opening for a Director of Clinical Servicesfor their Home Health location in the Fairfield / Hannover, NJ area. A Registered Nurse is required. Medicare Home Health management experience is a must. This person will lead an interdisciplinary clinical team. Relocation candidates are welcome to apply!
Director of Clinical Services Job Requirements

• Medicare Home Health leadership experience as an RN.
• Excellent understanding of state/federal Home Health regulations, OASIS, and PDGM.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Director of Clinical Services Job Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day clinical operations and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with all state / federal regulations.
• Hire, train, mentor staff.
