Position: Full-Time Regional Director for the broader Maryland area, including Baltimore, Charles County, and Cecil County.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of team leadership/management experience or equivalent
- 2 years of program implementation experience or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Completion of the school district background check
Scope of Work:
Chapter One will select a highly motivated, organized, energetic individual who will have overall responsibility for business development in this region. This will include the successful management of current district partnerships and implementations; as well as, developing new corporate partnerships in support of Chapter One's mission. The right candidate is exceptional at creating and building lasting customer relationships, experience managing people, outstanding communication skills, and has a proven track record for successfully implementing programs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for overall high dosage tutoring program implementation success with fidelity to the Chapter One model
- Develop and execute an effective implementation monitoring and reporting system for all high dosage implementations within the region.
- Foster strong and productive relationships with district personnel involved in the program, including district leadership, literacy department personnel, principals, and site-based literacy specialists.
- Development of launch and implementation plans to ensure smooth program execution.
- Recruit, train, and provide ongoing support for a team of Chapter One Early Literacy Interventionists (ELIs) working in schools.
- Coordinate volunteer tutor recruiting events in collaboration with Chapter One staff.
- Participate in volunteer recruiting events, presenting the program and addressing inquiries.
- Conduct site-based ELI observations to uphold fidelity to the Chapter One model.
- Monitor ELI reporting for compliance with program requirements.
- Facilitate Beginning, Mid-Year, and End of Year status meetings with district project teams.
- Conduct regular team calls, including ongoing professional development sessions for ELIs throughout the school year.
- Analyze data and organize site-based ELI team calls to review student data and adjust models to enhance student progress and success.
- Provide monthly reports on implementation status to the Chapter One COO.
Salary: Commensurate with experience & qualifications ($70,000-$85,000)
