Job Title: Regional Car Wash Manager
Job Summary: As a Regional Car Wash Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple Car Wash facilities within a designated region. Our ideal candidate shall be highly proficient in the maintenance and repair of Car Wash equipment. Your primary objective will be to ensure efficient and profitable operations while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. You will lead a team of supervisors and employees, implement company policies and procedures, and drive initiatives to enhance productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple Car Wash facilities, ensuring compliance with company standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, minimize costs, and maximize profitability.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure consistent quality across all locations.
- Must have experience repairing, replacing, and maintaining Car Wash equipment.
- Team Leadership:
- Train and supervise site managers, supervisors, and frontline staff.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure a motivated and cohesive team.
- Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
- Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement within the regional team.
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Maintain a customer-centric focus by ensuring all employees deliver prompt, courteous, and high-quality service.
- Address customer complaints and inquiries promptly and effectively, seeking resolution to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience and drive customer retention.
- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage annual budgets for each location, monitoring expenses and revenue to achieve financial targets.
- Analyze financial reports and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Implement cost-saving measures and revenue enhancement strategies to improve profitability.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including environmental, health, and safety standards.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to safety, cleanliness, and operational protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any compliance or safety issues.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 5 + years of Car Wash management experience preferred.
- Proven experience in multi-site management, preferably in the Car Wash or automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Financial acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data, develop budgets, and manage expenses effectively.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Flexibility to travel within the designated region as needed.
- Must have a reliable form of transportation.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
