What you’ll be doing:

• The Assistant Site Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, assisting in training, scheduling, and leading team members, profitably growing the business, assisting the Site Manager in overall location cleanliness and high product quality, and other duties that benefit the company and take care of our guests.
• Assisting the Site Manager in managing a team of high-quality associates and maintenance professionals.
• Assist the Site Manager in driving quality and excellent customer service through the daily management of employees and site programs.
• Effectively answers all customer questions and handles complaints, escalating to the Site Manager when needed
• Assisting the Site Manager in ensuring proper staffing and scheduling for assigned locations, ensuring daily openings and closings are on schedule, and standards and procedures are maintained.
• Ensure all training and development of site staff to company standards, through training.
• Assisting the Site Manager in maintaining equipment, chemicals, and other supply inventory.

What you'll bring to the team:

• Assistant Site Managers should have at least 1 year of experience in managing or demonstrated leadership ability with an interest in sales or a background in a selling/operations position.
• Must be customer service and goal-oriented, with high attention to detail, a level of initiative, and the ability to drive the business.
• Availability to work 40 hours+ and a varied schedule to meet business needs. Self-motivated with good communication skills, sales, and marketing experience a plus, team player.
• Ability to perform physical duties in inclement weather.
• Experience is preferred but not required.
• Car Wash experience is a HUGE plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
