- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters to your customer.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and implement strategies for expanding the company s product, service, and integration offerings.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Build the sales funnel by learning and understanding their product, service, and integration needs for the next 3-5 years.
- Develop pricing policies for customer by understanding the value of Diversified Automation product and solutions.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Forecast and track key account metrics, using company tools.
- Understand the company's products and solutions and be able to clearly present value to all customers including other integrators.
Education and/or Experience
- 5 years sales experience in related industries
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or technical field preferred.
- Up to 30% travel.
- Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level personnel.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a result driven, team oriented environment.
