A PC Refresh Technician that possesses a strong customer service orientation, sound technical skills,
integrity and a passion for excellence. The right candidate will be extremely detail-oriented, able to multi-task in a demanding environment, and possesses exceptional communication and organizational skills. The right candidate will have a “do whatever it takes” attitude and possess great pride in their work. The pay range for this role is $18.00 - $20.00 per role.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Keeping the stock room organized, tracking inventory as it enters and
leaves the stockroom.
Customer Service: Strong ability to work well with other people, in a team-oriented environment, to assist end users and other internal team members.
Ticket Management: Manage all appropriate tickets in ServiceNow in a prompt and timely fashion; document all end-user interactions and close accordingly.
Managing PC Refresh: Responsible for maintaining the imaging of new PC/Mac and additionally, Disk Wipes.
Managing PC Collections: Assist with the shipping and logistics of the PC/Mac hardware during the Refresh Project, support, acquisition and termination activities.
Shipping/Receiving PCs and other GTO equipment.
QualificationsQualifications:
Minimum 1-3 years’ experience with PC Support or in a Corporate Helpdesk / Desktop Support
environment.
Excellent customer service skills to work effectively with all levels of individuals.
Must be able to follow through procedures, protocols and documentation as outlined by management.
Ability to track multiple activities and tickets. Have strong attention to detail.
