This is remote (hyrbid) postion that does require in person training for the first 30 days (local to San Antonio TX required), and some in office time required on occasion or at supervisor discretion. This opportunity is ideal for an individual with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, a love for continuous learning, and a passion for helping others!
Requirements:
- Availability between Monday-Friday 7am to 7pm, 8 hour shifts
- Ability to attend the required in-person training for the first 30 days. Note- After the first 30 days, some in office time may be required on occasion or at supervisors discretion.
- In person training completed at our Selma/Live Oak clinic located at 7505 N Loop 1604 East Live Oak, TX 78233
- Previous working Medical Office experience required.
Salary: $16-17.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Referral Coordinator's contribute to the company as the first point of contact. The Referral Coordinator interacts with patients to obtain necessary patient information within several separate physical therapy offices.
- Coordinate a high volume of incoming referrals.
- Accurate and efficient appointment scheduling, and referral processing.
- Manage incoming referral-related emails/calls/chats, ensuring timely responses and thorough follow-up.
- Track and oversee the progress of referrals, ensuring a smooth intake and evaluation process.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks with a high level of attention to detail.
- Conduct timely referral calls while maintaining amazing Customer service standards.
- Securely and accurately manage Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) to uphold HIPAA Compliance.
- Monitor referral-related metrics, maintain various tracking systems, and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure efficient coordination.
- High School Diploma required.
- MS Office, basic office support skills (telephone, filing, data entry) and basic math skills.
- Excellent telephone etiquette, pleasant personality and amazing customer service skills.
- Verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly communicate with others.
- Previous working experience in a similar role required. (Medical admin/Customer service in medical office)
- Reliable Internet Connection.
- Local to San Antonio and able to operate within CST time zone.
- Bilingual-Spanish a plus!
