To help us fuel our accelerated growth, we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Program Manager to join our Human Resources team who will be responsible for delivering the end-to-end recruitment process for hires. This role is based in Jacksonville, Florida, primarily an in-office role. As a recruitment partner and trusted advisor with the business you will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality recruitment needs across our company.
Some highlights of what you will be doing:
- Provide program oversight with planning and implementing successful recruitment strategies for talent acquisition.
- Full cycle recruiting with a proven record of accomplishment of soliciting passive candidates.
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries from internal and external applicants and agencies.
- Respond to candidates that have expressed interest in working for the company.
- Assist in the coordination and facilitation of selection events, including participating in virtual, face-to-face interviews and assessment centers.
- Partners with hiring manager to determine in-house staffing and independent contractor (IC) needs
- Maintain a pro-active approach to stay up to date with developments in technology, especially those relevant to the Logistics industry recruitment relevance.
- Adapt quickly to changing demands of the business and initiate recruitment drives as necessary
- Understands job specifications, competencies, and skills required
- Utilizes various recruiting methods, both traditional and nontraditional
- Lead the Recruiting Department objectives to include reducing time to fill and costs per hire.
- Proactively research job boards, associations, and other means to advertise any positions.
- Attending job fairs and college/university career fairs as needed remotely and in-person (travel required).
- Provide recruitment analytics to the business in order to aid in decision support, including, Applicant Flow Report, Hiring Report and Exception Report, Time to Fill, Cost per Hire, Recruiting spend and others.
- Continually look for ways to streamline the recruiting process with systems or procedures.
- Manages employee referral bonus and approves before submission to HR.
- Ensure Department SOPs are up to date.
- Maintain strong relationships with key campus personnel, optimizing opportunities for employee branding
- Assist with the development of high quality, cost effective Hiring Events.
- Review and approve all vendor and contractor invoices to ensure accuracy and that they are submitted promptly to Director, Human Capital Management & Corporate Controller.
- Ensures regulatory aspects of the full cycle of recruitment process are compliant with federal and state regulations (i.e., I9, EEO, etc.); Maintains confidentiality on sensitive HR matters
- Knowledge of the Jacksonville business market, Recruitment experience and processes

Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of proven and successful Sr. Recruiting experience
