The Recruitment Manager will support the hiring needs of the company's 11 existing locations and additional locations as they come on-line. Roles to recruit for will largely be in the medical space such as physicians (MD/DO), Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants.
The Recruitment Manager will build out a recruiting team in support of the company as it grows. The company size is currently 11 locations and ~170 employees. Projected growth will add +17 locations in 2024, and up to 20 new locations in 2025, 2026, and 2027.
Requirements:
- 5+ years full life cycle recruiting experience
- Experience building and managing a recruiting team
Nice to Have:
- Experience recruiting for professional and/or medical roles
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions
- Utilize various recruitment and collaboration tools and platforms such as Monday.com and JazzHR
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop hiring/planning strategies
- Utilize JazzHR to track candidate information and manage recruitment pipelines
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
- Ability to effectively source candidates through various channels
- Experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications
- Knowledge of hiring/planning strategies and talent development initiatives
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
