Dental Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager with a strong background in team building to oversee the operations of our Dental Office in Colorado Springs, CO. The ideal candidate will create and maintain a positive and pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety. The Office Manager will Serve as the point person for Office Manager duties, including hitting office budget, production goals, and hiring and staffing goals, to optimize overall office performance.

Compensation: $25 to $32 per hour

Requirements:

• 2 years of leadership management experience, ideally with five or more years in the dental industry.
• Dental Office Management experience is required, with proficiency in dental insurance and billing processes.
• Flexibility to work two Saturdays per month to accommodate patient needs.
• Experience with Denticon is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with knowledge of dental terminology.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
