Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in our in-depth training program, designed to fully prepare you for your recruitment duties.
- Proactively make 150-200 outbound calls daily to recruit Insurance Agents, showcasing your energetic communication skills.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and management, facilitating the hiring process.
- Maintain a high level of enthusiasm and professionalism in all communications.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- At least one year of professional experience (preferred, but not required).
- Comfortable and confident in making phone calls and speaking with potential candidates.
- A strong desire for career advancement and professional growth.
- Excellent communication skills, with a positive and energetic demeanor.

- Salary: $18.00 per hour
- Schedule: 8-hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday
