We are currently seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager to grow our niche’ Project Management Staffing business on the national level. In this position, you will work independently and with a team to increase our client base and connect qualified individuals to Necomitt Global Talent’s services.

Position - Objective & Goal: To build out our brand, improve the quality of job description, build a talent community, enhance our career page, and to hire the most qualified candidate by adhering to Necomitt Global Talent’s hiring strategy.
What You Will Be Doing Daily:
Ability to manage all phases of the recruiting process, support building our brand and support the on-boarding process.
Ability to develop talent communities and pipelines in order to generate placements for an open role
You will work with managers to define scope of roles, interviewing sequence, salary range and other relevant information gathered to better tailor employers need
Use Crelate and other sites (LinkedIn, Job Boards, social networks) to research, prospect, cold call, and qualify talents into our reservoir.
Use your strategy to make a recommendations to enhance sourcing, interviewing, and selection method
Prospect, establish, lead, and grow relationships with key client personnel & teams such as (CEO, Director, VP & C-Level) within the clients account, channel your target on Finance Industry, Oil and Gas, and start up IT companies.
You will need to build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales lead to our Niche staffing company
You will have the ability to confirms all job postings are accurate and advertised on appropriate job boards, media outlets, and company website respectively
Coordinates and attends job fairs and organizes career events to attract candidate to our pool of talent
Ability to track the key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and team performance
What You Need In Order To Qualify For This Position:
2+ years of experience in recruiting
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, human relations or related fields from an accredited college or university (prefer but not a deal breaker)
Experience in screening and interviewing job applicants for open role
Ability to demonstrate an authentic passion for people and building relationships (internally and externally)
You must have strong leadership and team management skills
Experience working with a CRM or ATS - we use Crelate ATS (preferred but not a deal breaker)
Computer Savvy with great experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook as well as G-Suite, Slack, DropBox, Canva, etc.
Professional presentation skills: Ability to positively interact with leaders and present Necomitt Global Talent and open roles to potential candidates and the employers
Strategic thinker, self-starter, and driven sales professional who is ready to hit the ground running with proven business development strategies
