Job Summary
As the Recruiting Coordinator, you will play an integral role in Millennium’s growth in 2024 and long-term success. You will join a talented recruiting team dedicated to developing a world class recruiting function, maintaining Millennium’s innovative culture, and hiring the very best talent in the industry, all while creating an exceptional candidate and employee experience.

This position's internal job code is Recruiting/Mobility Coord. Our team is currently hiring for level C.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Millennium recruiters and hiring teams to schedule candidate interviews with timeliness and accuracy
- Support the in-person candidate experience by greeting and directing candidates during onsite interviews
- Support timely candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the interview process
- Provide administrative support during the offer process, including drafting offer letters and initiating the onboarding process
- Provide administrative support for Millennium’s internship program
- Track and report on candidate referrals and bonus rewards
- Maintain Recruiting Team materials and knowledge center on Teams & SharePoint
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years experience in a Recruiting Coordinator or recruiting operations role, including in-depth experience working with applicant tracking systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service orientation – passionate about creating a positive candidate and employee experience, and committed to delivering high quality support
- Proactive and creative problem solving abilities
- Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities and follow-through on assigned tasks
- Confidentiality – maintain trust and integrity handling sensitive tasks and documentation
- Strong ability to work autonomously and also collaborate in a team setting
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years experience managing high volume, complex scheduling & calendar management responsibilities
- 2+ years experience in a high-growth and/or high-volume recruiting environment
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other methods to source candidates
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience working in a compliance driven environment
Location
In-person at Millennium’s El Segundo, CA headquarters.
*Please note this is a full-time 6-month contract position with potential to extend after the initial contract period.
Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only of what is reasonably expected to be paid for the position. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay-Range
- Level C: $23.29/hr - $34.25/hr
