This position involves performing administrative and recruiting functions that help the team to efficiently attract, select, and contract Financial Advisors. This position requires a high degree of organization, administrative work, scheduling, outbound calling, prospecting, and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals.
Activity: Sourcing + Recruiting – 70%
· Cross train in all areas of recruiting, selection, and onboarding – campus recruiting, full time recruiting, contracting, onboarding, and development.
· Build and develop effective referral sources with FRs and staff. Develop productive community relationships.
· Schedule first round interviews and guide candidates through the selection process with a goal of 25 first interviews and 5 second interviews per month.
· Conduct advanced searches on linkedin + Indeed. Proactively reach out to candidates to set up initial phone calls.
· Personally source 10 referrals a month from COIs, community events, FRs
· Create Feedlists for Prospecting meetings
· Attend 4 community events per month to network, source candidates, and represent the firm

Administrative: Recruiting and Selection Support – 30%
· Schedule first, second, and third interviews, prepping folders for each meeting
· Send appropriate communication to candidates for each stage of the process
· Coordinate and execute any recruitment promotions (social media posts, contest tracking, etc)
· Help plan and coordinate Recruiting, Onboarding, and Team events
· Manage excel reports, assist with updating power point presentations as needed
· Participate in company and industry training programs and work to improve the recruiting and selection skills of the entire leadership team
· Assist Recruiting, Onboarding and Training Departments
· Create and execute on a professional development plan built with input and guidance from the Managing Partner, Managing Director and Chief Recruiting Officer
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree
· 2-5 years professional work experience, preferably in sales or recruiting
· Ability to work professionally as a team member with all levels of people
· Experience with prospecting and generating leads
· Strong personal network and/or community involvement
