Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (RN) - Inpatient Specialty Surgery

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $78,000 to $145,000 annually, depending on experience.
- Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 for qualified external hires who meet all payment criteria.
- Relocation Support: Available for eligible candidates.

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Specialty Surgery team. This position is integral to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, focusing on surgical patients. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement nursing care plans, and evaluate patient care effectiveness.
- Update and coordinate patient care plans to achieve goals and optimize outcomes.
- Advocate for ethical, holistic care by promoting patient autonomy, dignity, rights, values, and beliefs.
- Foster a learning environment for patients, families, nursing staff, and the healthcare community.
- Maintain safety and quality in nursing care, integrating best practices and evidence to improve outcomes.
- Lead and collaborate within the inter-professional care team, modeling professional nursing behaviors.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
- BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.
- NRP Certification from the American Academy of Pediatrics.
- A minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- National Certification in the area of specialty.
