We're currently expanding our team and are looking For a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter dedicated to finding and nurturing the best talent in home health care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, interview, and hire top-notch Home Care Aides, Personal Care Aides & Office Personnel.
- Implement creative sourcing strategies and maintain compliance with recruitment standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with local entities and potential candidates to grow our brand presence.
- Provide collaborative support in recruitment processes, orientations, and various events, including job fairs.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Home Care/Health Care recruitment.
- Full-cycle recruitment expertise, including sourcing, resume evaluation, and interview processes.
- Independent work ethic combined with effective team collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in technology applications, including Microsoft Office suite.
- Bilingual abilities are a significant plus.
