Our Client
Our client is a Seed Stage company in the recruiting space.
They are looking for a self-starting engineer to join their team. This is more of a product or growth engineering role rather than traditional Software Engineering in that we want you to have a lot of ownership in what you build. This is a full-stack role and we use a variety of modern technologies including Next.js, Vercel, Typescript.
Responsibilities
- Lead development on our core product
- Potentially be a manager and hire people on top of being an IC
- Revenue and product driven engineer
- You will build and ship high-quality products quickly
- Collaborate closely with product and the rest of engineering to deliver on our roadmap
- Own end-to-end design and implementation of features including development, testing and release
Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
Equity: 0.5% to 1.5%
