Job Description
Must Have:
- An understanding of Home Health and Hospice nursing and how referrals are generated is a must.
- Knowledge on several Social Media Platforms
- Ability to create and design ads and posters that'll be used on the sites.
- Effective identification of potential referral sources is a core competency and communicating to potential clients the things that make our agency exceptional in the delivery of patient care is a must-have ability.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assists Marketing Manager in strategizing Social Media content topics weekly
- Develop all Social Media creatives and captions across all channels weekly. This includes video editing, one week ahead of time, and ad hoc as needed (refer to Marketing Manager for content info if directions are needed)
- Is skilled in creating and maintaining Social Media templates
- Has proper graphic design experience
- Has video editing experience
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of Social Media management and strategy
- Communicates with the Company CEO to review/approve content prior to posting
- Supports Marketing Manager with launching fundraising campaigns or event creatives as needed
- Assist the Marketing Manager with designing Classy campaigns, pages, and implementations
- Attend events and manage Social Media, take photos & video footage
- Engages with the comments across all Social Media, sends posts to the story, likes comments, responds to comments and messages across all channels
- Organizes relevant Dropbox and Google Drive folders
- Can work collaboratively
- Engage with event planning on a marketing and non-marketing basis
- Reach out to influencers through Social Media to spread awareness about the organization and to get involved
- Monitors site metrics, responds to reader comments and oversees creative designs
- Maintain the organization's brand identity (colors, fonts, usage of the logo, presentation template, etc.)
- Assists with other marketing needs as they arise
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of marketing experience
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Attention to detail and stellar follow-up
- Creative design skills in Adobe
- Skilled in video editing
