Recruiter, Base Salary $91,329.32
We are hiring a Recruiter who will be able to identify, and attract a qualified talent pool to fill staffing needs of the district on a national scale. This role requires a strategic and proactive approach to recruitment, leveraging a variety of sourcing methods and building strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. The recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the district. This position leads a healthy workforce culture focused on creating an environment where each student achieves his/her highest personal potential.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Four (4) years of national recruitment experience.
- Valid Florida driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
- SHRM-CP or SCP.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand current and future staffing needs.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, job fairs, conferences, and direct sourcing, to attract diverse and high-quality candidates.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, best practices, salary benchmarks and competitor practices.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screening in-person or via Teams, and assess candidates against job requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads, Principals, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to ensure alignment of staffing needs in the field.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment metrics.
- Use PeopleSoft to track applicant data.
- Contribute to the development of an attractive employer brand through various channels, highlighting the district’s values and culture.
- Represent the district at recruitment events, job fairs, industry events and conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data driven improvements.
- Provide regular reports to management on recruitment progress, challenges, and successes.
