Recreation Supervisor (Seasonal)

We are hiring two Recreation Supervisors for our busy summer season. Jobs start in May/June and end in September. Our ideal applicants are great at communicating with all types of people and delivering an exceptional guest experience, have some supervisory experience, are willing to jump in to assist across the department as needed, and can work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Recreation Supervisors are responsible for answering guest questions about the facilities and the Ranch in general, ensuring facility rules are being followed to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment, registering guests in various recreation programs and classes, processing payments and complete daily bank deposits, performing housekeeping duties, checking pool chemicals, and training other Recreation staff.

Pay is from $20/hr., based on skills and experience. We’re looking for full-time and part-time positions. Must be at least 18 years old and have a current First Aid/CPR certificate.

Seasonal staff are not eligible for health insurance and other benefits but do receive some great perks, including access to all Ranch amenities including fitness centers, sport courts, pools and hot tubs, free golf, and discounts at our restaurants, retail outlets and at our spa.
