Job Description
Brighton Center, Inc. is a private non-profit community-based organization with the mission to create opportunities for individuals and families to reach self-sufficiency through family support services, education, employment, and leadership.
Purpose:
Assist individuals with Substance Use Disorder with obtaining a self-sufficient career and provide solutions to support workforce development in the Northern Kentucky region. This will be accomplished by providing Basic Career services and Enrolled Services through the SAMHSA Lift Up program in partnership with St. Elizabeth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate group sessions
- Provide and/or interpret work-skill assessments
- Career interest inventories.
- Maintain thorough, accurate and timely documentation
- meet all SAMHSA, WIB and Brighton Center performance standards for individual employment services
Requirements:
- Experience in working with SUD Population
- Ability to case manage multiple customers
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Must be able to obtain clearance to enter county detention center

This is a non-exempt position with a hourly wage of $ 18- $19
