UR2 is seeking a motivated Lot Coordinatorto join our Louisville, KY., team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the post-repossession process, as well as helping to keep the storage lot maintained. In this position, you will be spending most of your time outdoors. Responsibilities include:
This is an entry-level position, starting at $16-$18/hour, based on experience.
*Note* This position does not involve the actual repossession of vehicles or equipment.
We have a very relaxed, informal work atmosphere, and a family-friendly, daytime work schedule. We also offer a competitive compensation package and promotional opportunities. By the way, we like to have a little fun at work, too!
Training will be provided upon hiring.
Experience and Skills
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass pre-employment screening. Due to insurance regulations, you must be at least 23 years of age.
You must have a great team-first work attitude, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. You should be willing to work in outside conditions year-round, and be able to communicate verbally and in writing clearly and effectively. You also must have good computer skills in order to enter vehicle information into our database.

- Process repossessed vehicles and upload photos
- Properly inventory all personal property within repossessed vehicles
- Complete condition reports in a timely manner
- Prep vehicles for transport to auction
- Provide Customer Service to debtors redeeming vehicles and personal property
- Provide professional service to transporters and third parties who are authorized on the lot
- Other various tasks as directed by the Lot Supervisor
