Container Centralen, Inc (CC, Inc) provides the North American horticultural industry with access to approximately 550,000 shipping racks/carts for delivery of live plants to garden center retailers. CC, Inc has rapidly established itself as the largest rack/cart supplier in the market. In addition, CC recently launched logistics/freight services for live-plant delivery to retail stores. We continue to expand by increasing our service offerings available to our customers.
JOB OVERVIEW
The RAR serves as the primary contact and support to Customers and the CC Depot network on RFID and scanning equipment. Success in this role requires that the RAR develop strong working relationships with internal and external personnel.
JOB DUTIES
- Shipping and receiving
- Inventory and quality control
- Operate 26 ft box truck to allow for the delivery and recovery of product (local routes home every night)
- Recover and stack product prior to loading (nursery racks)
- Assist with equipment repairs warehouse duties when needed
QUALIFICATIONS
• Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Previous experience in truck driving or other related fields
- Ability to safely operate 26 ft truck
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Clean MVR, Drug and Alcohol screening
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Shift:
- Evening shift
