Summary/Objective:
You will report to the Director of Recovery Services of the facility and will interact with senior and clinical management of the facility. Your chief responsibilities will be to assist the staff in the management and execution of the daily schedule and coordination/facilitation of patient needs. You will sometimes facilitate 12-Step lectures and group discussions and will be directly involved in monitoring and mentoring the clients. At times you will also be maintaining files, facilitating and coordinating off-facility activity such as driving clients to medical and other appointments, making airport runs, etc., as well as assisting in the admission/intake process, and other aspects of the client’s experience at RPD. Be familiar with all RPD staff members, programs and properties.
Duties & Responsibilities:

· Act as a Liaison between clients and staff and relay pertinent client information, including observations, to appropriate Clinical Staff.
· Supervise daily client operations and always act in a manner sensitive to their needs and best interest.
· Provide thorough, accurate, and timely documentation of any services delivered to clients.
· Maintain the safety of the clients and the security of the facility.
· Participate in intake and discharge process of clients.
· Administration of drug screens.
· Instruct recovery based lectures as assigned.
· Protect client confidentiality in accordance with Company Policy.
· Must maintain off the clock boundaries. Will not be responsible for any after-hours work communication.
· Uphold all Restored Path Detox Policies and Procedures.
· Maintain client/potential client confidentiality in accordance with RPDs’ Policy.
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

The employee is required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Travel:
No travel is expected for this position.
Education/Experience/Qualifications:
· Experience in a helping profession preferred.
· If in recovery, one year of continuous sobriety preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
· Must be computer literate and be familiar with most Microsoft products and network components.
· Must have fluid communication skills.
· Must be thoroughly familiar and be able to demonstrate knowledge of the principles and programs of the various 12-step fellowships.
Competence/Measurements:
· Family, referral and client satisfaction – documentation/interviews.
· Compliance with all state standards and accrediting bodies – documentation.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
