Job Description
Under limited supervision, the Record Completion Spec I will assist the Manager and Team Lead in supporting the mission of Health Information Services to ensure the integrity, completeness, and accuracy of the electronic health record. This role provides review of documents and documentation to meet required health system and regulatory policies. Quality and productivity targets are provided to support competency. Health Information Management is changing rapidly so the ideal candidate will be excited to learn, comfortable with emerging technology and willing to explore new ways of doing things. RHIA or similar education preferred.

Requirements (Education, Work Experience, Licensure, Registry &/or Certifications)
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative support role within healthcare, legal or risk management, including proficiency with basic computer functionality. Medical Terminology required. Must be detail-focused, goal-oriented, and able to work independently & within a team. Able to evaluate & analyze for deficiencies, based on requirements.
