Job Title: Records Management Clerk
Job Location: 100% Remote
Department: Talent Development & Learning
Job Duration: 4 months contract- Temporary position- no opportunity to convert, may be extended if necessary

Job Description:
- Conduct inventory of network drive which contains course files and department related records
- Archive unnecessary folders and files
- Enforce naming conventions and organize (for example by course project title with the year)
- Export documents from the e-learning system
- Must have strong Excel skills
- Computer skills including file explorer and PDFs
- Attention to detail
- Organized
- Critical thinker
- Inventory
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
