Busy family law office seeking detail-oriented, organized Receptionist/Office Assistant. Duties include but are not limited to: answering phones, taking messages, greeting and managing walk-ins, creating/organizing/tracking files, scheduling appointments, shredding, managing case filings, sending new filings to clients, etc. *MUST COMPLETE APPLICATION WITH ASSESSMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION*
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
